Last Friday kicked off New York City's Fall/Winter 08-09 Fashion Week and it's jam packed with action. BCBG is expected to show big on the first day with a dazzling line of evening wear and Diane Von Furstenberg goes back to her roots with a more traditional patterned collection. 

Oh, and Project Runway fans, try to avoid the scene on Fashion Weeks last day, February 8th. That's the day the finalists show their lines and it will be a terrible spoils to fans wanting to be surprised.
